When does the discount start?
Within 48 hours of your referral activating their first paid subscription. The discount appears on your next billing cycle.
What if I refer multiple people?
Discounts stack. If you refer 5 colleagues who all stay active, you receive $50/month off your subscription — potentially paying nothing.
Is there a limit to how much I can earn?
The maximum discount is your current subscription cost — your plan can go to $0/month but we don't pay cash out or credit beyond that. Additional active referrals beyond your cap don't earn anything extra, but they do provide a buffer if someone cancels.
What happens if my referral cancels?
That referral's $10/month discount stops at the end of the month they cancel. Your other active referrals are unaffected.
What if I upgrade my plan?
Your accumulated discounts carry over to your new plan. If you have 5 active referrals ($50/month in discounts) and upgrade from Agent ($79) to Agency ($199), your discount continues. With your $50 discount still applied, you'd pay $149/month on Agency.
Do I need to do anything to claim the discount?
No. Once your referral activates their subscription, the discount is applied automatically. You'll see it itemised on your invoice.
Can I refer agencies?
Yes. A referral is any provider who signs up on any plan using your link. The $10/month discount applies regardless of what plan they choose.
Do agency team members count as referrals?
No. A referral is the single account that signs up using your link. If an agency you referred later adds team members to their plan, those team members don't earn additional discounts — your discount for that referral stays $10/month.
Is there a minimum subscription length for me to qualify?
No. As long as you have an active subscription, your referral discounts apply. If you're on the free plan (because your referrals cover the full cost), your account stays active.
